Today we salute you, Mr. “I Hate God and Anyone Who Worships Him.”
(You Hate God and Anyone Who Worships Him!)
You see the same magnificent Creation everyone else does but through willing darkened eyes. You love darkness because your deeds are evil.
(You hate light and love darkness!)
You’re always the first one to point the finger at the failures of we who already have admitted that we’re sinners in need of a Savior. Do you even own a mirror?
(Can’t see your own reflect-ion!)
Hypocrites? We’re the ones who have taken off our masks and gotten honest with ourselves and with God. What lurks behind that smug smirk of self-righteousness you wear when you demand that we don’t dare judge finger-pointing little you?
(You blind guide. You hyp-o-crite!)
So crack open your ice cold heart, Oh Mr. “I Hate God and Anyone Who Worships Him.” ‘Cause, in this life or the next, every knee will bow and every tongue confess that Jesus is Lord. Including yours.
